Agreement and provider
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Tze C Chiam (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”), the provider of PackRight. By downloading, accessing, or using PackRight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using PackRight
PackRight is a travel-planning and packing-list tool. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter and for decisions you make using the app. You may not misuse PackRight, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Planning information is not a guarantee
Weather forecasts, Smart Suggestions, electrical plug information, entry-requirement links, and other travel information are provided as planning aids. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. PackRight does not guarantee admission to a country, permission to board, weather conditions, product suitability, transportation availability, or the completeness of a packing list.
Always confirm passport, visa, health, carrier, electrical, safety, and entry requirements directly with the relevant authority or qualified professional.
External providers
PackRight may link to government sites and third-party providers such as Viator, Amazon, GetYourGuide, Omio, IATA, and rail operators. PackRight does not operate those services and is not the seller, booking agent, payment processor, carrier, or fulfillment provider. Their availability, prices, purchases, accounts, cancellations, refunds, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility.
Your information
Your use of PackRight is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You should not submit sensitive information through the support form.
Intellectual property
PackRight, its interface, text, graphics, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify external services.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Network-dependent features may be unavailable because of connectivity, provider limitations, maintenance, or circumstances outside PackRight’s control.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackRight is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or travel-related losses arising from use of, or inability to use, PackRight. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including any consumer rights that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as PackRight changes. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
