Quick troubleshooting

- Pull down on the packing-list screen to refresh weather and Smart Suggestions.
- Confirm the destination and trip dates are correct.
- Close and reopen PackRight.
- Install the latest PackRight and iOS updates available to you.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create or edit a trip?
From the trip-card screen, tap the plus button to create a trip. Open an existing trip and use its edit button to change the trip name, destinations, or dates without resetting packing progress.
Why isn’t weather available?
Weather requires an internet connection and is available only within the forecast provider’s supported date range. Pull down to retry. If a destination remains unavailable, confirm you selected the intended search result.
How do Smart Suggestions work?
PackRight uses available forecast and destination information to offer optional suggestions such as rain gear, sunscreen, plug adapters, and entry-requirement reminders. Suggestions are planning aids, not guarantees.
Where is my packing information stored?
Trips, templates, and packing progress are stored locally on your device. PackRight currently has no account or PackRight-operated cloud sync.
Can a deleted trip be restored?
PackRight does not currently include an undo or trash archive for deleted trips. A deleted trip may be recoverable only through an applicable device backup managed by Apple.
Why did another website open?
Entry-requirement and optional shopping, activity, or transportation buttons open the provider identified on the button. Purchases and accounts are handled directly by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
